By accessing or using TaxYatra Easy Bill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Description of Service
TaxYatra Easy Bill is a cloud-based invoice management platform designed for Indian businesses and professionals. Our service enables you to:
- Create and manage professional GST-compliant invoices
- Maintain client and firm records
- Export invoices as PDF and Excel documents
- Share invoices via WhatsApp
- Track and organize billing information
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TaxYatra for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. Specifically, you shall not:
- Use the service to generate fraudulent invoices
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create, upload, or store on TaxYatra. We do not claim any ownership rights over your invoices, client information, or business data. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
TaxYatra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors in GST calculations that may result from incorrect data entry. Users are responsible for verifying all invoice details and tax calculations before use.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
